2. It should not be considered in emergency cases.
3. Online Diet and Health consultations aims to be an additional step in management of disease and health , along with your in clinic management by your primary doctor or physician and should not be considered as a complete replacement to medical examination and treatment in person .
4. No medicines will be prescribed in online health consultation.
5. Results esp. in Diet plans are due to combine efforts of diet plan, regular following of instructions, good exercise. It is a team effort where the participant is also equally responsible to follow the instructions provided by healthcare expert. 
6. Just for Hearts holds no responsibility in case  if the expert was not able to reach you for the consultation or if it is missing from your end.
   We can fix up a new appointment or reschedule the appointment in such case.
7. Just For Hearts reserved rights to send Promotional/Transaction Messages via SMS or email post signup on Online Portal to inform Users & Experts about Company’s new offers/packages/products.
8. Prices for our products/services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

9. No refunds are offered to clients when they avail the consultation from Healthcare expert.
